- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was such a bad experience. Came in and got a #6. After the car wash I was guided to a lane that was actually meant for car detailing #7- #12. This wasn't the right lane. After a 50 minute wait I approached an employee who explained that to me but didn't do much about it. I had to go get a manager in order to get helped out. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just had my truck cleaned at the Mclaughlin location. They usually do an acceptable job of cleaning where I have to just do a few touch up. However, this time they missed cleaning the entire passenger interior of my truck. They also washed my rubber floor mats and put them back in dripping wet.
